Tomasz Bartos

Tomasz (Tom) Bartos - has been with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London for more than 25 years, first as a Senior Banker specializing in infrastructure and property sectors. He led more than 20 infrastructure transactions, among others the first PPP in the water sector in Russia. While with the property team, Tom was involved in the financing of several landmark commercial property development projects.
Since 2010 Tom has been working as a Senior Evaluation Manager, concentrating on the assessment of the implementation of the Bank’s sectoral strategies, policies and strategic initiatives, such as Local Capital Markets, Delegated Authority, Renewable Energy, Agribusiness, Integration or Hydrocarbons.
Prior to joining EBRD, Tom worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) in Washington D.C. on infrastructure projects in Latin America, as well as at the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). He holds MBA and the Graduate Diploma in International Development from the University of Ottawa, Canada and the Master in Global Economics from the University of Gdansk, Poland.
