Stephen Porter is a Senior Evaluation Officer at the IEG, he is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning practitioner with seventeen years of experience in improving performance in academia, multilaterals, government, and non-profits. He holds an MPhil in Public Policy from the University of Cape Town, a Doctorate focused onInternational Development Evaluation from University of East Anglia and has published nine peer reviews articles on evaluation.
