Patricia Milena Moreno Agudelo

Patricia Moreno is the deputy director of evaluation at the National Planning Department of Colombia. Her professional curriculum includes several positions as a specialist in planning, monitoring and evaluation of public policies. She has worked for national and international entities. Among the positions held, she has participated in the implementation of monitoring systems, in the definition of the National Development Plans and in the execution of several evaluations of public policies. Patricia holds a Political Science B.A. and a M.A in Economics, from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia.
